Randstad RH is recruiting a Maintenance Assistant for a company specializing in surface treatment and painting for the automotive industry, located in the Autoeuropa Supplier Industrial Park, in Quinta da Marquesa

• key responsibilities

  
  
  • Monitor equipment operation, detect and diagnose anomalies;
  
  
  • Plan, develop and control maintenance and conservation work on equipment and facilities, in accordance with health, safety and environment standards and specific regulations in force;
  
  
  • Evaluate and provide the human and material resources necessary for maintenance intervention, taking execution deadlines into account;
  
  
  • Plan and establish the sequence and methods for disassembly, repair and assembly work of components and/or equipment and define the application of processes, materials and tools suitable for the execution
  
  
  • of the work, according to the diagnosis performed;
  
  
  • Monitor and evaluate maintenance interventions and the equipment intervened upon, using appropriate instruments;
  
  
  • Proceed with the installation, preparation and testing of various types of machines, motors and other equipment;
  
  
  • Collaborate in the development of studies and projects for the adaptation of systems and equipment to improve efficiency, productivity gains and breakdown prevention.
