The role
- We are recruiting a Food Quality and Safety Technician for the food industry, in the Seia area.
What you'll do
key responsibilities
- Monitoring and controlling Food Safety and Quality processes in the factory;
- Preparation, monitoring, and execution of internal and external audits;
- Management and monitoring of OHS/HACCP systems and Food Safety (FS) standards;
- Verification of compliance with hygiene-sanitary standards and good manufacturing practices;
- Entry, registration, and updating of technical and quality control documentation.
