Industrial Maintenance Technicians

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various industrial equipment and systems;
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic problems;
• Perform regular inspections and tests to identify potential problems before they occur;
• Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and maintenance manuals;
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize maintenance procedures and improve equipment reliability;
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory;
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and minimize downtime;
• Comply with all safety protocols and regulations during the execution of maintenance tasks;
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase maintenance efficiency;
• Stay updated on the latest industrial maintenance techniques and technologies;

We are looking for qualified Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our Engineering Department in Lousado, Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing planned and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the proper functioning of our industrial facilities.

• 12th grade in the field of Industrial Maintenance, in the branches of Mechatronics, Electronics, or Automation;
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in similar roles, in an industrial environment (preferably);
• IT knowledge from a user perspective;
• Knowledge of the English language (Preferred);
• Availability to work in shifts;
• Team player with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
• Innovative approach to improving maintenance processes and procedures;
• Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on meeting maintenance targets and deadlines;
