Infrastructure Maintenance Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTIONS

- Perform repair work on infrastructure, namely repairs to doors, windows, painting work, etc.;
- Carry out interventions on roofs and skylights, repair of leaks;

- Perform small masonry, plastering, and finishing works;

- Assembly, maintenance, and repair of plumbing, accessories, and appliances for water and compressed air distribution;

- Construction of small civil locksmithing works;
- Execution of daily maintenance tasks in accordance with defined work orders and preventive maintenance plans.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

- Minimum mandatory schooling;
- Practical knowledge of Civil Construction, Painting, Plumbing and/or DIY;
- Good interpersonal relationships and communication skills;
- Dynamic and proactive;

- Enjoyment of teamwork.
