What we're looking for
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in strategic consulting, PE, IB, M&A advisory, transaction strategy, or in corporate development areas with an intense focus on mergers and acquisitions.
Significant international experience, either through having worked abroad or through recurring participation in multinational projects and transactions.
Direct exposure to PE, IB, or companies invested in by funds (minimum guide: participation in at least two relevant transactions or CDD projects).
Proven ability to structure independent analyses, manage research, and produce high-quality slides/deliverables with strong written synthesis.
Languages
Language: Fluent business English is mandatory. Strong preference for a second European language (Spanish, French, German, or Dutch).
Travel: Availability for frequent international travel, including last-minute flights and multi-day projects.
The role
In partnership with a Big Four company, we are recruiting for a Senior Consultant - Commercial Due Diligences.
Objective: Lead large workstreams within the dedicated International Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) and transaction strategy hub for Private Equity (PE), Investment Banking (IB), and strategic investors. The goal is to operate independently at the module level and prepare to evolve into the Manager position.
What you'll do
Take full responsibility for specific CDD modules, from the initial hypothesis to completion.
Lead market, customer, and competitor analyses, as well as business plan reviews/challenges.
Manage primary research (such as expert and customer interviews, market research, and channel checks).
Guide and support the development of more junior professionals (Associates).
Build narratives and slide presentations ready for decision-making, in addition to supporting daily interaction with international clients (PE, IB, and management teams).
