The role
We are looking for a Quality Auditor to join the Inbound and Backoffice operations of a top national sports institution.
Ensuring compliance, service levels, and the satisfaction of thousands of members and fans across voice and written support channels will be your mission.
What you'll do
key responsibilities
Perform quality audits on telephone calls and written contacts (emails/tickets), sustaining the continuous evaluation of service;
Develop detailed and well-founded diagnostics regarding the individual performance of assistants and the overall effectiveness of the audited lines;
Conduct or participate in joint listening and calibration sessions, interpreting evaluation matrices in an objective and judicious manner;
Critically analyze changes to procedures and propose relevant updates to quality monitoring matrices;
Ensure strict compliance with integrity rules, confidentiality, compliance standards, and data protection (GDPR).
