Customer Support Assistant - Banking (m/f/x)

One of the largest and most prestigious Portuguese banks is looking for call center assistants to join its team, and this could be your gateway!

Training is paid and will take place starting from November 5th, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Working hours: 11:00 AM-8:00 PM; 12:00 PM-9:00 PM or 1:00 PM-10:00 PM
Days off: Fixed (Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday or Thursday/Friday)

Training/work location: Parque das Nações, in Lisbon, near the Cabo Ruivo metro station and Gare do Oriente.

  Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center
  Minimum qualifications at the 12th-grade level
  Good communication skills, with careful and fluid speech
  IT knowledge from a user perspective
  English knowledge (preferred)

  internship allowance (3 months):
  hourly rate: €5.47
  meal allowance: €7.63/day

  Fixed-term employment contract with a perspective of continuity and possibility of progression

  
  

  40h/week: base salary €920 + Meal Allowance €7.63/day (on a meal card) + variable bonus up to €200
