We are selecting a Service Agent / Distributor to join the team of a leading company in its sector of activity. The main focus will be to ensure the distribution and delivery of products, guaranteeing excellent stock management at customer sites and contributing to their satisfaction and loyalty.

key responsibilities

• Collection of dirty laundry and delivery of clean laundry on the days agreed upon with the customer;
• Management and maintenance of the stock of contracted sanitary consumables;
• Loading and unloading of the vehicle, with the preparation of items for each route;
• Carrying out collections in accordance with established procedures;
• Identification of new customer needs and proposal of complementary services;
• Up-to-date maintenance of the administrative documents of the activity (delivery, collection, and replenishment notes);
• Direct reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor regarding relevant information and requests;
• Ensuring the good condition, hygiene, and preventive maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
