Requirements

What we're looking for

Consolidated experience as an F&B Supervisor in luxury hospitality, preferably in 5-star hotels.
Training in the area of Hospitality, Catering, or F&B Management.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
High customer orientation, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence.
Fluency in Portuguese and English. Knowledge of other languages will be valued.
Flexibility to work in shifts.

Nice to have

Knowledge or experience in environments associated with leading international brands, such as Leading Hotels of the World, will be valued.

The role

The Hotel Pestana Palace Lisboa is a member of the prestigious The Leading Hotels of the World (LHW), it is a restored 19th-century palace - the Palácio Valle Flôr, former residence of counts and marquesses. Classified as a National Monument, its privileged location allows for enjoying a view over the Tagus River.

What you'll do

Supervise the daily operation of the various outlets, ensuring compliance with Pestana Hotel Group quality and service standards aligned with Leading Hotels standards.
Coordinate, monitor, and motivate teams, ensuring the organization of schedules, the distribution of tasks, and continuous support to the operation.
Guarantee customer satisfaction by monitoring service, collecting feedback, and managing any complaints efficiently and with a solution-oriented approach.
Monitor F&B stock and cost control, participating in inventories and the management of orders to suppliers.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and occupational safety standards in all service areas.
Support the training, integration, and monitoring of new team members.
