Maintenance Supervisor - Santiago Hotel

Supervise and coordinate the preventive and corrective maintenance activities of the facilities and equipment, ensuring their efficient, safe, and sustainable operation, in alignment with DHM's quality and safety standards.

• Coordinate and supervise daily maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with established plans and the quality standards defined by DHM;
• Responsible for the management, planning, and distribution of the technical team's tasks;
• Monitor and technically support maintenance technicians in various specialties (electricity, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, locksmithing, among others);
• Ensure the monitoring and supervision of external companies contracted to perform maintenance services and small works;
• Regularly verify the state of facilities and equipment, identifying needs for intervention and proposing improvement actions;
• Collaborate in the management of preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring their compliance and updating;
• Support the analysis of energy consumption and propose measures to increase efficiency and environmental sustainability, in accordance with DHM's policies;
• Control and manage stocks of materials, tools, and consumables, ensuring their correct use, conservation, and replenishment;
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and documentation to support operations;
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in all interventions;
• Ensure the monitoring and supervision of external companies contracted for maintenance services and works;
• Promote a safe, organized, and collaborative work environment, encouraging mutual aid and team development;

• Experience in a similar role (leadership position);
• Technical training in areas of refrigeration, electricity, civil construction, or technical installations;
• Solid knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment;
• Qualifications as an Operational Technician (in refrigeration, electricity, civil construction, or various installations);
• Leadership and team management skills;
• Strong sense of organization, responsibility, and attention to detail;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Availability for flexible schedules and to respond to emergency situations;
• Orientation towards results and continuous improvement;
