• Implement objectives and procedures for the service area;
• Hire, train, and manage the dining room team and manage work schedules to ensure effective service;
• Manage guest complaints and inquiries;
• Supervise the dining room team and all dining room activities, including table management and workflow;
• Guarantee compliance with service and quality standards;
• Ensure compliance with HACCP standards.
