The role
Ensures the organization, preparation, and maximum quality of the bar services/products offered to the customer, as well as the organization and coordination of their team.
What you'll do
• Direct, organize, coordinate, and execute tasks related to bar service;
• Manage the bar team ensuring customer satisfaction;
• Ensure compliance with Service and Quality procedures;
• Ensure good coordination, cooperation, and environment with other departments;
• Ensure a good relationship with the customer (management of complaints and/or related situations);
• Ensure stock control and ensure underlying inventories;
• Ensure the good presentation of the lounge and bar areas;
• Ensure compliance with HACCP standards;
• Actively participate in the recruitment and selection of employees for the area.
