As part of strengthening our Talent Acquisition team, we have openings for Talent Acquisition Trainees. We are looking for people with a desire to learn and to develop a career in the Talent Acquisition area, who identify with the following profile: · Higher education, recently completed, in Human Resources Management, Social and Organizational Psychology, Social and Human Sciences, or a similar field; · Knowledge of Microsoft Office, namely Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; · Good knowledge of English; · Knowledge of Spanish will be valued; · Interest in the recruitment area and motivation to learn about the technology sector; · Good communication skills and ease in interpersonal relationships; · Ability to organize, manage priorities, and attention to detail; · Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn; · Enjoyment of teamwork and contact with different stakeholders. What you will do: Integrated into the Talent Acquisition team and with the guidance of our team, you will have the opportunity to participate in the different stages of the recruitment and selection processes: · Support the promotion of opportunities and the identification of potential candidates; · Perform screening and analysis of applications; · Support the scheduling of interviews and group sessions; · Contact and follow up with candidates throughout the process, contributing to a positive experience; · Accompany interviews and other assessment and selection stages; · Keep databases and recruitment platforms updated, ensuring the quality and organization of information; · Collaborate with the team on Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects; · Participate in job fairs, university events, and employer branding initiatives. 🌟 Why choose NTT DATA? 🤝 A collaborative and supportive culture We foster an environment where curiosity, innovation, engagement, and teamwork are celebrated.
