Your role As an intern in our business consulting team, you will join multidisciplinary teams and learn "on the job," contributing to: - Ensuring the operation, monitoring, and support of infrastructure environments, platforms, and digital services, guaranteeing availability, performance, and operational continuity; - Process automation, in the continuous improvement of operational procedures and the implementation of modern service management practices; - Participation in MLOps initiatives, observability, tool integration, and optimization of operational pipelines; - Working collaboratively with technical and business teams, contributing to incident resolution, request management, and the evolution of services provided by the managed services center.
