Business Consultant - Public Sector and Healthcare

We are looking for motivated professionals to join our team as Business Consultants, acting as public sector and/or healthcare specialists and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop business and technological solutions that respond to our clients' needs. Your Role -Identify and understand the needs of public sector and healthcare clients, designing and mapping new business processes aligned with their needs. -Design and recommend solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes, aligning operations with best practices and organizational objectives. -Support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives, helping public sector and healthcare clients adopt new technologies and optimize existing systems. -Develop and implement strategies to prepare and guide clients through change processes, ensuring stakeholder adaptation to new processes and technologies. -Monitor and measure the impact of implemented solutions using performance metrics. -Prepare detailed documentation, including use cases, workflows, user interfaces, and data models. -Ensure that developed solutions comply with public sector and healthcare legislation. -Support multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective project execution and promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation. Your Profile -Higher education in Engineering, Economics, Management, Public Administration, or related fields. -Minimum of 3 years of experience in the public sector and/or healthcare. -Proven experience in gathering and analyzing functional requirements. -Proficiency in creating use cases, defining business rules, developing user interfaces, and data modeling. -Strong analytical synthesis, planning, and organizational skills. -Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
