What we're looking for
- 6+ years of professional experience, with proven experience as a Business Analyst in Retail contexts.
- Solid knowledge of Retail processes, specifically Store Operations, Merchandising, Inventory & Supply Chain, Pricing & Promotions, and POS.
- Experience with Omnichannel Customer Journeys, eCommerce, and Digital Retail.
- Experience in transformation, change management, or digital modernization projects.
- Strong experience in requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
- Experience in creating user stories, process flows, business requirements, and functional specifications.
- Experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to interact with different business areas and technical teams.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro, or similar.
- Fluent Portuguese and English.
Location: Lisbon.
Working arrangement: Remote or, preferably, hybrid, 2x per week in the Lisbon office.

What you'll do
Who are we looking for? Senior Business Analyst with experience in the Retail sector.
We are looking for a profile with strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities, able to bridge the gap between business needs and delivery teams, contributing to process optimization, digital transformation, and the implementation of new solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Elicit, analyze, document, validate, and manage business and functional requirements.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, process maps, and business workflows.
- Analyze Retail processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions with technical and business teams.
- Perform gap analysis and impact assessments associated with new solutions and changes.
- Support the design and implementation of new processes, operating models, and technological solutions.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Architects, and Development Teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Ensure requirement traceability and alignment between business needs and the solutions delivered.
