What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Informatics and Business Management, or similar areas;
- Relevant professional experience in IT Advisory, with autonomy in project execution and experience coordinating teams or workstreams;
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: information systems strategy; design and transformation of IT operating models; product-oriented working models; enterprise architecture; IT cost optimization and financial management; IT transformation program management;
- Ability to transform business and technology problems into structured analyses, recommendations, and action plans;
- Ability for planning, organization, and priority management in a multi-project environment;
- Experience in the preparation and presentation of deliverables and in conducting working sessions with clients;
- Ability to guide more junior professionals and promote team collaboration;
Nice to have
- We value previous experience in IT consulting services;
- We value experience in the preparation of commercial proposals and presentations;
- We value experience with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI;
- We value certifications such as ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF, or IT4IT;

As a Senior Consultant, you will assume a leadership role in project execution and team coordination, working with national and international clients on challenges that link business strategy, technology, and organizational transformation. What you'll do
- Lead workstreams and technology consulting projects, according to their scale and complexity, ensuring the planning, execution, and quality of deliverables;
- Coordinate and operationally monitor project teams, distributing activities, guiding execution, and reviewing the outputs produced;
- Manage daily interactions with the client within your scope of responsibility, conducting working meetings, monitoring expectations, and presenting analyses and recommendations;
- Identify and structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, and propose well-founded solutions adapted to the reality of each organization;
- Monitor deadlines, effort, dependencies, and risks, anticipating difficulties and articulating decisions with the responsible Manager;
- Participate in technology strategy projects, IT function transformation, operating models, enterprise architecture, or IT cost optimization and financial management, according to your experience and specialization;
- Support the development of more junior professionals through guidance, knowledge sharing, and feedback;
- Contribute to the preparation of commercial proposals, including the structuring of approaches, work plans, and effort estimates;
- Identify additional client needs and share them with project leads, contributing to the development of the relationship;
- Participate in the development of methodologies, content, and knowledge initiatives within the area.
