Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher academic degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or similar areas;
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Management Control, Financial Reporting, or Auditing roles (experience in the Media and/or Entertainment sector is a plus);
High rigor in contract interpretation and in the calculation of royalties;
Organization and autonomy to ensure compliance with report submission deadlines and monthly account closing;
Proactivity and ability to coordinate with different NOS areas and External parties (suppliers and clients);
Ability to analyze and justify budget variances and perform other ad hoc analyses;
Proactivity in continuous improvement and in the simplification/automation of manual routines;
Advanced proficiency in Excel (calculation models and databases);
Experience with SAP and consolidation systems (preferably Hyperion);

Nice to have

Knowledge of OCM, GMedia, TERMS (Film Contract Management System) will be valued.

What you'll do

Responsible for the global management control of the Content area (revenue, costs, royalties, invoicing, and margins);
Preparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly financial reporting to Management, rights holders, and operators;
Execution of annual Budget and Forecast processes;
Development and monitoring of financial and operational KPIs;
Performance of profitability analyses by business area;
Analysis of Budget vs. Actual variances;
Execution and monitoring of monthly and annual closing;
Optimization and automation of reporting processes (Excel, AI, SQL);
Participation in financial process improvement projects;
Preparation of ad-hoc analyses.
