The role
Do you have ambition, energy, and a desire to contribute to the future? If you are a master's finalist, join NOS Alfa, starting in October 2027!
NOS Alfa is NOS's trainee program and, in the Biz area, you will be able to explore real challenges in Marketing, Project Management, Continuous Improvement, Logistics, Commercial, and Sales. Over 12 months, you will have the opportunity to get to know two different areas of NOS, with a 6-month experience in each, and to discover different career paths.
Your development will be accompanied by a structured program of integration, training, and mentorship, with the support of a buddy and networking opportunities with other trainees and with the organization. You will have space to contribute to the teams' work, develop your talent, and expand your knowledge.
