Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher academic degree in Management, Economics, Human Resources Management, or a similar field;
Minimum professional experience of 3 to 4 years in roles within the Management or Human Resources/People area;
Experience in performance management, talent reviews, succession plans, or leadership development initiatives;
Ability to manage information with high rigor, ethics, and professionalism;
Skills in empathy, emotional intelligence, active listening, critical thinking, and constructive challenge;
Ability to influence and communicate effectively with different stakeholders, from operational teams to top management;
Strong organizational, time management, and priority-setting skills, with the ability to manage several topics in parallel;
Resilience in challenging contexts, transformation processes, and accelerated growth, balancing people and business.

What you'll do

As a People Business Partner, you will be close to the business areas, supporting leadership in people management decisions and having an active voice in all people matters, from more immediate situations to strategic solutions that help NOS grow in an ambitious and sustainable way.

Working closely with the leaders of the different departments, understanding their objectives, context, and challenges, translating business needs into People solutions;
Contributing to the execution of various DOP moments alongside the departments, ensuring that leaders have the right support, at the right time;
Being the compliance guardian of People and Organization policies and processes, ensuring consistency, equity, and alignment with the NOS culture within the departments;
Anticipating talent development needs, proposing actions that promote performance and engagement such as career development initiatives, internal mobility, and leadership development;
Working in coordination with the different People and Organization specialization areas to ensure integrated responses to business needs;
Supporting the day-to-day resolution of People matters, balancing empathy, pragmatism, and focus on results, challenging the areas and contributing to finding sustainable solutions;
Being an example and an ambassador of NOS values in every interaction with employees and leaders.
