The role

What you'll do

Perform inspections and tests on the process and the product to verify failures using specialized tools and technical documentation;
Investigate and identify quality problems and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions;
Handling and management of complaints and non-conformities;
Monitor production to ensure the efficiency of production processes.

Know-how

Knowledge of problem-solving tools;
Problem analysis and resolution, even in high-pressure situations;

Languages: Good knowledge of English.

Work and Method

Strong sense of responsibility, proactivity, and organizational skills;
Ability to work in a team and communication skills.
