- Experience in the role of After-Sales Manager in the automotive sector

- Monitors the business and controls operational indicators

- Collaborates on the development of after-sales marketing campaigns

- Is responsible for monitoring after-sales business KPIs

- Ensures the functioning and organization of the teams under their responsibility

- Promotes customer loyalty and satisfaction

- Shows a passion and curiosity for learning IT tools that support the business

- Is organized and has analytical capacity

- Has the ability to work under pressure and manage time
