The role
What you'll do
- Ensure the preparation and implementation of electrical network projects in company facilities, monitoring the execution of the electrical installation and proceeding with the preparation of preliminary tests;
- Analyze and evaluate the feasibility of requested energy supplies, based on local needs and characteristics, in order to develop and obtain approval for the electrical network project from the competent entities;
- Guarantee compliance with all Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment System procedures;
- Optimize and manage, within the scope of their responsibilities, the assigned human and material resources;
- Guarantee the supply of energy to construction sites, being responsible for the project, execution, and operation of the installations;
- Assume responsibility before the DGEG as the TREIE (Technician Responsible for the Operation of Electrical Installations) for the installations;
- Manage the energy contracts of the Mota-Engil Group.
Job Requirements and Competency Profile
- Higher Education in Electrical Engineering;
- Registration with the Ordem dos Engenheiros and with the DGEG;
- Knowledge of legislation applicable to electrical network projects and licensing;
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, Autocad, and knowledge of SAP (valued);
- Problem-solving and analytical capacity;
- Planning and organizational skills;
- Rigor and reliability.
