Responsible for the execution of the Maintenance of the facilities, infrastructure, and equipment of the Hotel Unit.
• Comply with the work guidelines transmitted by the Hotel Director within the scope of the daily operation of the unit;
• Comply with the work guidelines, of a technical and operational scope, transmitted by the GM/Maintenance Director;
• Execute Maintenance - preventive and corrective - of all the facilities, infrastructure, and equipment of the Hotel;
• Organize, coordinate, and direct the activity of other technicians (whether external or internal);
• Perform the daily management of the facilities with a view to reducing consumption;
• Consult the market, obtain budget proposals, negotiate them, and submit them for approval by the Management;
• Zealously and continuously promote the improvement of Safety and Image;
• Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the workshop/tool room and technical rooms;
• Prepare Maintenance records and keep the respective archive organized and updated;
• Collaborate in the preparation of operational Procedures for routine tasks.
