Mechanical Installations Site Manager - Sines

• Higher Education in Mechanical Engineering;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mechanical Installations Site Management;
• Professional experience in mechanical installations (Piping Networks, Thermal Plants, Compressed Air Plants);
• Knowledge of the technical specifications inherent to mechanical installations and technical management;
• Solid knowledge of electromechanical area legislation;
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCad, and MSProject;
• Proficiency in the English language;
• Communication and negotiation skills;
• Planning and cost control skills;
• Leadership capacity;
• Problem-solving and analytical capacity;
• Driver's license.

• Prepare the work plan, based on the project design and the respective specifications, scheduling the necessary resources (materials/services/equipment), the assembly and closure of the construction site, and the operational activities, with a view to the technical execution of the works as planned.
• Monitor the execution of the works, in accordance with the budget and any re-budgeting, analyzing costs and profits, as well as existing deviations, implementing the necessary corrective actions to ensure the fulfillment of economic and deadline objectives.
• Manage human resources, planning and coordinating their assignment to the various activities to be carried out, seeking to ensure adequate levels of productivity, as well as the motivation and commitment necessary for the execution of the works.
• Maintain permanent coordination with the Client, within the scope of the construction contract, regarding the regulation of contract compliance, suggesting and negotiating any changes to the project and/or the work plan and the defined execution processes, aiming to improve the performance of the works and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Monitor the work plans, based on legal and contractual requirements, in the areas of Quality, Environment, and Safety, proceeding, if necessary, to the development of corrective actions, in order to guarantee high levels of Quality and Safety and to minimize environmental impacts.
