Warehouse Supervisor (m/f)

Ensure the operational management of the warehouses (parts and materials), ensuring a high level of service to internal customers, as well as compliance with the predefined objectives, rules, and procedures established by the company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the operational management of the warehouses (parts and materials), ensuring a high level of service to internal customers and compliance with predefined objectives:
• Coordinate, control, and train the operational and administrative teams, ensuring the global service level of the Warehouse;
• Coordinate the processes of reception, verification, registration, storage, inventory, and conservation of material and parts stocks;
• Control and coordinate the processes of goods dispatch from the Warehouse;
• Promote and coordinate periodic inventory processes of the Warehouse and their respective entry into the system. Ensure the management of the Archive and physical inventory of documentation supporting the moved goods;
• Promote the application and compliance with the safety standards established in the movement of goods and people and other Warehouse activities;
• Ensure the permanent cleanliness of the facilities, namely, in the tidiness and safe conservation of received goods.
• Ensure correct replenishment of warehouse stock, being responsible for:
  • Analysis of MRP proposals;
  • Monitoring of requisitions made to Procurement;
  • Seeking solutions (local and import) that minimize stockouts.

• Higher education in Engineering or Management - preferred; alternatively, relevant and proven professional experience in similar roles may be considered and valued.
• Complementary training and/or knowledge in the areas of Logistics, Warehouse Management, and SAP - WM Module (Warehouse Management) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
• Minimum professional experience
• International experience (preferred);
• Proficiency in English (mandatory);
• Proficiency in French (preferred);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and SAP;
• Knowledge of component identification tools for vehicles and/or equipment.
• Availability for temporary international mobilization and travel to projects.
