Accounting Specialist Technician

• Ensure the integrity of stock information, ensuring rigorous control of movements, adjustments, and respective consistency between operational and accounting systems;

• Monitor financial risks, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and propose continuous improvement solutions in processes;

• Develop reports with insights based on accounting data to support decision-making;

• Ensure strict compliance with standards, accompanying audits (internal and external), tax inspections, and processes with suppliers;

• Apply accounting knowledge to anticipate operational impacts and positively influence business practices across various areas;

• Develop a critical view of existing processes, proposing solutions and promoting the sharing of knowledge and best practices, monitoring the implementation of projects within the Accounting area;

• Participate in digital projects related to the implementation of new accounting tools, and act as a pivot for the business side, as a business process owner, ensuring its management and/or the identification of its scope and impacts.

• Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, or a similar field;

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience for the mission;

• Previous professional experience in the Product Stock area;

• Knowledge of Excel (mandatory) and Power BI/ERP (preferred);

• Ease of interpersonal relationships, communication, and teamwork;

• Sense of organization and an analytical profile;

• Critical spirit, proactivity, and focus on problem-solving;

• Profile focused on automation and continuous improvement of processes;

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
