Customer Experience & Insights Specialist

• Create and monitor the development of Competitor Studies in Customer

  Experience (Customer Experience Competitor Intelligence) and Customer

  Trend Studies (Customer Trends);

• Develop Brand Strategy studies;

• Develop the Market Research plan to respond to information needs and track market trends;

• Analyze customer feedback and performance measurement throughout the journey, and promote the sharing of this information within the organization;

• Develop action plans to address journey pain points, providing a 5-star customer experience;

• Drive cross-functional and segment-specific customer journeys through studies, customer data, and customer feedback.

• Educational qualifications at the Bachelor's and/or Master's degree level in areas such as Information Management, Data Analytics, or similar;

• Professional experience between 3 to 4 years in analytical roles related to customer experience (mandatory);

• Strong analytical capacity and strategic thinking;

• Strong knowledge of Excel;

• Proactivity and a sense of responsibility;

• Ease of interpersonal relationships and teamwork;

• Excellent communication, influence, and information management skills;

• Advanced level of English.
