What you'll do

- Process, validate, and record supplier invoices;
- Ensure compliance with payment deadlines;
- Perform account reconciliations and discrepancy analyses;
- Contact and follow up with suppliers regarding invoices and payments;
- Prepare reports and analyses of accounts payable;
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization;
- Ensure compliance with accounting and internal procedures

Requirements

- Experience in similar roles;
- Education in accounting, Management, or a similar field;
- Knowledge of accounting and accounts payable processes;
- Ability to organize, analyze, and manage priorities;
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail;
- Sense of responsibility, rigor, and commitment;
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience using ERP;
- Experience with INFOR LN (preferred)
- Good knowledge of English
