Senior Purchasing Technician (m/f/x)

• Specialized technical training or higher education in the area of management, industrial management, or economics

• Minimum professional experience of 2 years in similar roles

• Solid knowledge and skills in using Excel

• Good level of English (spoken and written)

• Ability to research, analyze, and interpret information;

• Knowledge of negotiation methods and techniques;

• Flexibility and orientation towards problem-solving.

• Employment Contract - fixed-term - 12 months, renewable

• Base salary: between EUR 1500 and EUR 2000, to be evaluated based on experience and basic training

• Meal Allowance EUR 10.46/actual working day, paid via Meal Card.

• Health insurance after the probationary period (30 days).

• Schedule: 40 hours per week distributed from Monday to Friday in 8h daily, 9h-13h/14h-18h.

• Manage the purchasing sector, within the framework of the guidelines defined above, by researching, identifying, and ensuring the best supply conditions (price, payment terms, lead time, quality).

• Plan and execute purchases (raw materials/products, materials, and services) according to company policies and needs, negotiating with suppliers and ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines and payment approval;

• Ensure the response to purchasing needs and requirements, to supplier requirements, and to the stock management policy, communicating and cooperating with the other departments of the company;

• Participate in the dialogue with the client company regarding intra-group purchases.
