Requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum education level of 12th grade;
- Category B driving license (minimum 2 years);
- Knowledge of the geographic area;
- Good knowledge of English (essential for recording deliveries);
- Ease in using IT tools, PDA and/or similar;
- Dynamism;
- Decision-making ability;
- Problem-solving;
- High team spirit;
- Orientation towards service quality and rigor.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in delivery and collection services as a courier (preferred);
Pay & benefits
What you'll get
- Base salary of 1000€;
- Meal allowance: 10€/day (on a meal card);
- Monthly bonus: 100€ (subject to evaluation);
- Absence allowance: 30.50€;
- Working hours: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, with a 1h meal break;
- Immediate start;
- Opportunity for integration into the client;
- Location: Póvoa de Santa Iria.
The role
What you'll do
- Perform the collection and delivery of parcels efficiently and safely, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Plan daily delivery routes to optimize time and available resources.
- Maintain an accurate record of collections and deliveries made, using electronic devices provided by the company.
- Ensure that all parcels are handled with care and delivered in proper condition.
- Communicate effectively with the operations team to resolve any issues or problems that may arise during service.
