Pay & benefits
What you'll get
- Base Salary (VB): 1,500.00€
- Meal Allowance (SA): 6.00€ / working day.
- Shift Allowance (ST): 316.54€ / month (assigned as soon as the rotating shift regime begins, after the initial training period in general hours).
- On-call duties: 90.00€ per weekend on-call (plus payment of overtime and mileage in case of travel/call-out, assigned after being deemed competent post-training).

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and lines.
- Diagnose and repair faults of a predominantly mechanical nature.
- Ensure the correct functioning and maximum efficiency of industrial assets at the Aradas and Taboeira units.
- Strictly comply with hygiene, safety, and environmental standards at work.

Requirements
- Previous professional experience in industrial maintenance (preferably in the ceramics industry).
- Strong technical profile focused on the mechanical area.
- Good knowledge of the Portuguese language (spoken and understood).
- Driving license and own vehicle (mandatory factor for mobility between the Aradas and Taboeira facilities).
- Availability to work in Weekly Rotating Shifts from Monday to Friday: 06:00 - 14:00; 14:00 - 22:00; 22:00 - 06:00
- Availability to ensure on-call duties on weekends (1 to 2 weekends per month).
