Shift Supervisor

- Working hours: continuous operation of 4 working days and 2 days off, in rotating shifts (06h00-15h00 and 15h00-24h00);

- Base salary between 1500€ and 1600€; 9.50€ meal allowance on a meal card.

- Direct integration into the client company.

- Organize the work of your shift, allocating the human resources and equipment necessary to fulfill production plans, in accordance with Quality Systems, OHS, Environment, and Food Safety standards;

- Record in the defined computer file (database) whenever you introduce new parameters into the lines, in coordination with the factory manager;

- Contribute with improvement opportunities / comments in the preparation of the weekly production plan, together with the respective management;

- Coordinate and manage, in coordination with your hierarchical manager, the assigned Team of Employees;

- Perform performance evaluations of the members / teams of the shift(s) you lead.

- Academic background of 12th-grade level, technical training course in the food area or similar;

- Minimum professional experience of 2 years in an Industrial environment;

- Professional experience in Team Management (Mandatory);

- Training and/or Knowledge in the areas of Production, Quality Control, Maintenance, and Food Processes;

- Good computer skills from a user perspective;

- Knowledge of the English Language (preferred).
