• Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, Logistics, or a similar field;
• 1 to 2 years of experience in the Purchasing area, with experience in the procurement of services and conducting market inquiry processes;

• Experience with SAP S4/HANA and SAP FIORI (preferred);
• Proficiency in MS Office tools. Knowledge of Power BI or reporting tools is valued;

Grupo Barraqueiro is recruiting a Junior Procurement Specialist for the Purchasing team, focusing on the management of service procurement processes for the various companies within the Group.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the definition and execution of the sourcing strategy by category, identifying opportunities for supplier consolidation, cost reduction, and improvement in quality and service levels;
• Collect and analyze information necessary for procurement processes;
• Prepare market inquiries (RFI, RFQ, and RFP);
• Manage market inquiry processes, from documentation preparation to analysis and award recommendation;
• Analyze technical and commercial proposals;
• Prepare technical-financial comparative maps to support decision-making;
• Support the drafting and review of contracts with suppliers;
• Create, monitor, and update Purchase Orders in SAP;
• Ensure the maintenance and monitoring of supplier records, contracts, and other information;
• Develop analyses of costs, savings, and purchasing performance indicators;
• Communicate regularly with suppliers and internal clients, ensuring the follow-up of processes;
• Participate in continuous improvement and optimization initiatives for purchasing processes.
