Traffic Manager

• Employment contract with fixed hours, Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 15:00.
• Base Salary 1093€ + 8.30€/day Meal Allowance on card.
• Holiday and Christmas allowances paid in 12 monthly installments.
• High possibility of integration into the client company.

• Plan, optimize, and monitor distribution routes, ensuring the efficiency and punctuality of deliveries.
• Manage the vehicle fleet and driver allocation, taking into account operational needs and logistical constraints.
• Ensure compliance with delivery and collection schedules, adapting routes in real time to unforeseen events and changes.
• Maintain daily and proactive contact with drivers, providing support in case of problems or difficulties during deliveries.
• Analyze and present operational performance reports, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in distribution processes.

• Proven professional experience in traffic management and route planning, preferably in the last-mile distribution sector.
• Deep geographical knowledge of the Évora region and surroundings, including main access routes and logistical points of interest.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team of drivers, understanding the dynamics and challenges of daily distribution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
