The role
A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo is recruiting a Contact Center Operator for a leading company in the contact solutions and customer service sector located in Alcântara.
- Paid initial training lasting 15 working days starting on 16/11;
- Working hours from 10am - 7pm, Monday to Friday;
- Base salary 920€ + Meal Allowance 8€ + Proportional benefits + Performance Bonus;
- Teleworking regime.
What you'll do
- Your main responsibilities will be contacting potential customers by telephone, presenting the benefits of electricity and gas tariffs, and converting contacts into sign-ups.
Requirements
- Previous experience in outbound call centers;
- Good communication skills;
- Strong commercial motivation and a taste for challenges;
- Results orientation and argumentation skills
- Dynamism and resilience;
- Good computer skills;
