What we're looking for
- Previous experience (minimum 2 years) as an IT Recruiter (ideally in consultancy or technology outsourcing);
- Good understanding of technical profiles;
- Communication skills and empathy—you know how to build relationships and gain trust;
- Organization, focus on results, and team spirit;
- Good management of sourcing tools;
- Availability for a hybrid regime (Parque das Nações).

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team. Someone who knows the technology world, speaks the same language as developers, and knows that recruitment is much more than just sending messages on LinkedIn.
What you'll do
- Manage the IT profile recruitment process from end to end, from research, screening, and interviews, to presentation to the Business Manager;
- Create and maintain an updated and engaged talent pool;
- Promote a close, transparent, and human candidate experience;
- Support employer branding initiatives and brand communication in the tech market.
