• Project Design (Preliminary Study; Licensing; Execution; Construction);

• Project Coordination with the Architecture team and the different Specialties;

• Project Monitoring (Licensing Entities; Applicable Legislation; Linkage with Applications, Public Procurement, and Construction Management).

Above all, Attitude!

• Master's Degree in Architecture;

• Registration with the Ordem dos Arquitetos;

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Architecture;

• Solid knowledge of Archicad;

• Knowledge of BIM (valued);

• Knowledge of Projects in the Health and Social Economy sectors (valued);

• Leadership;

• Good verbal and written communication skills;

• Interpersonal relationship skills and a strong team spirit;

• Sense of responsibility, dedication, and commitment;

• Focus on problem-solving.
