YOUR ROLE

As a Python Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable backend applications in a cloud-native environment. You will work closely with development, DevOps, and data engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions while following Agile/Scrum best practices.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Python backend development
• Solid hands-on experience with Fast API or Flask API and REST API development
• Knowledge of Docker and kubernetes for containerized application development and orchestration
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment management
• Familiarity with cloud (Azure, AWS) and container service
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database management and optimization
• Proficiency with Git and version control systems
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Hybrid-Model: 2 times a week in the Capgemini Offices
• English is mandatory

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Databricks and Apache Spark
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Understanding of cloud-native application design and deployment
