Technology and Digital Transformation Manager

• Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar areas;

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles related to information technology, technological support, systems administration, or operational technology management;

• Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem;

• Experience in managing users, access, and permissions;

• Knowledge of networks, systems, and technological infrastructure;

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technological problems;

• Good communication and relationship skills with users and suppliers;

• Experience in process automation (valued);

• Knowledge of Power Platform - Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI (valued);

• Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages (valued);

• Experience in the integration of digital systems and platforms (valued);

• Contact with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to productivity (valued);

• Knowledge of information security and technological asset management (valued).

This role, integrated into the R&D and Advanced Technologies Department, will have a transversal role, ensuring the operational management of technology, support to employees, coordination with external IT partners, and the implementation of automation, digital transformation, and Artificial Intelligence initiatives.

• Technological Support and Information Systems

  • Provide support to employees in the use of the organization's technological tools and platforms;

  • Identify, diagnose, and follow up on the resolution of technological incidents;

  • Manage access, permissions, and system configurations;

  • Support the management and maintenance of IT equipment and technological resources;

  • Promote best practices for the use of digital tools;

• Partner Management and Technological Infrastructure

  • Monitor and coordinate with external IT, telecommunications, and technological solution providers;

  • Monitor the quality of services provided and follow up on the fulfillment of agreed service levels;

  • Coordinate the implementation of technological improvements and infrastructure evolutions;

  • Follow up, in coordination with specialized partners, on initiatives related to information security, operational continuity, and data protection;

  • Support the management of the organization's technological inventory, including equipment, licenses, access, and digital assets;

• Technological Management and Compliance

  • Support the organization and updating of technological documentation;

  • Contribute to the implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices related to technology and information security;

  • Support compliance initiatives, technological risk management, and continuous improvement;

  • Contribute to preparing the organization for future frameworks and certifications related to information systems and security;

• Digital Transformation, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and digitalization of internal processes;

  • Develop and implement automations that contribute to operational efficiency gains;

  • Support the integration between platforms, systems, and digital tools;

  • Participate in the implementation of new technological solutions aligned with business needs;

  • Participate in the implementation and evolution of the organization's Artificial Intelligence solutions;

  • Identify opportunities for using AI to increase productivity and improve processes;

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners in the implementation of new technologies;

  • Participate in technological innovation projects and experimentation with new digital solutions.
