Ensure the effective and efficient planning, coordination, and control of production processes at Casais Group, guaranteeing internal/external customer satisfaction through compliance with deadlines, current legislation, quality and safety standards, and at the lowest possible cost, through the adequate allocation of financial, human, technical, and material resources. And acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values.

1) Plan and coordinate site activities, monitoring their execution, analyzing costs and profits, as well as existing deviations, implementing the necessary corrective actions, in order to ensure execution quality in line with the defined technical specifications;
2) Coordinate with the operational support areas, specifically regarding the assessment of physical resource needs (services, equipment, and materials), as well as human resources, as well as the operational management of the construction site;
3) Maintain permanent coordination with the Client regarding contract compliance, suggesting and negotiating any changes to the project and/or the work plan and the defined execution processes;
4) Develop reports regarding the financial and operational performance of the site;
5) Based on the policies established by the company and legal and contractual requirements, define, implement, and monitor site plans in the areas of Quality, Environment, and Safety.

• Preferred Degree: Site Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Design, Architecture, or similar.
