Transformation Careers | Transformation Leads and Transformation Analysts (m/f/d)

What will be your challenge/mission in this role:

Support strategic transformation across various areas of the company, ensuring that initiatives are executed in alignment with long-term strategic and financial objectives

Support progress across multiple work fronts, identifying risks and dependencies and providing practical support and timely updates to ensure the delivery of key milestones

Facilitate coordination between cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with resources dedicated to transformation and business units to maintain alignment and delivery

Prepare and consolidate performance updates and content for discussions with top management, using KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven insights to support decision-making

Support change management efforts, contributing to the mobilization of stakeholders and to the adoption of new ways of working and processes
