Strengthen the Analytics Business Development team, part of the Center for Artificial Intelligence and Analytics (CAA), which has the mission to ensure the development and promotion of topics related to Artificial Intelligence (AI), within the Group. You will be challenged to:

• Act as the main point of contact between the business areas and the CAA on AI & Analytics topics;
• Translate business needs and objectives into well-defined and actionable challenges for the technical teams;
• Ensure the alignment of AI & Analytics initiatives with the strategy and priorities of the Fidelidade Group;
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for process automation and optimization, using AI solutions;
• Contribute to the definition of AI and Analytics solution roadmaps, as well as to demand planning and decision-making aligned with the Group's strategy;
• Evaluate the benefits, risks, and dependencies of AI & Analytics initiatives, supporting the definition of value propositions and business cases;
• Promote the adoption of CAA solutions, supporting onboarding and impact monitoring through KPIs.

• Experience in roles such as Business Relationship Manager, Business Development, Strategy, or similar;
• Proven experience in data, analytics, Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, or information management initiatives;
• Strong ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and initiatives oriented towards value creation;
• Good command of data, analytics, and AI concepts;
• High capacity for analytical thinking, prioritization, and decision-making support;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to act at different levels, manage ambiguity, and work collaboratively;
• Ability to influence strategic decisions and generate tangible value through data;
• Interest in shaping how data and AI are used to improve customer experience and business performance.
