The role

Ensure the performance of SPA treatments, according to the hotel's norms and standards, offering a service of maximum quality.

What you'll do

  • Perform and support therapist / SPA / massage / aesthetics services, in a safe and comfortable manner;
  • Execute events, experiences and special requests;
  • Maintain equipment and product stocks;
  • Maintain client documentation and files;
  • Manage reservations and requests for massages and aesthetics;
  • Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the workspace, equipment and products used;
  • Maintain hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations;
  • Cooperate and report any issues that arise to management;
  • Perform any other tasks according to the SPA area;
  • Apply best practices and stay up to date with market trends;
  • Suggest and promote additional products or services.
