The role
Responsible for ensuring the service provided in the restaurant(s), as well as its quality and the welcoming of the customer. 2nd-class Waiter/Waitress (1-2 years)
What you'll do
• Greet the customer;
• Know the menu, the Chef's suggestions, and the wine list well;
• Know well the services that the hotel offers;
• Mise-en-place of the restaurant;
• Take orders while knowing how to give suggestions to the customer;
• Transmit orders to the kitchen and ensure the distribution of dishes to the customer;
• Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the premises and of your service equipment.
Experience we are looking for
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong stress management capacity;
• Focus on service and customer care;
• Proactive and versatile attitude;
• Enjoyment of teamwork; Knowledge of bar & wine techniques;
• Neat appearance;
• Respect for the group's philosophy and vision;
• Availability and Flexibility of Schedules.
