Requirements
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy;
- Valid professional license;
- Professional experience in the rehabilitation area (preferred);
- High sense of responsibility and commitment to quality of care;
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Orientation towards the client and continuous improvement.

The role
Hospital da Luz Lisboa intends to strengthen its team with an Occupational Therapist, who will play an essential role in providing rehabilitation care in a hospital setting, ensuring a technical, ethical, and humanized intervention.
What you'll do
- Assess the functional and occupational capacities of clients;
- Define and implement individualized intervention plans;
- Promote autonomy and independence in activities of daily living;
- Develop adaptation and compensation strategies that enhance functionality and well-being;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in defining and monitoring therapeutic goals;
- Monitor the evolution of clients and adapt intervention plans to their needs;
- Ensure the correct recording of care activities and compliance with internal procedures.
