We are strengthening our team and are looking for an Internal Auditor to contribute to the continuous assessment and improvement of internal processes, promoting effective risk management, compliance with procedures, and the strengthening of internal control mechanisms.

We are looking for a professional with analytical capacity, a critical sense, and attention to detail, who intends to take an active role in identifying opportunities for improvement and promoting organizational best practices.

• Participate in the preparation of the Annual Internal Audit Plan, ensuring its alignment with the company's risks and strategic objectives;

• Present the audit plan for analysis and approval by management;

• Plan, prepare, and execute internal audits, in accordance with the approved annual plan;

• Identify and assess risks associated with the audited processes and areas, through data analysis, documentation, and conducting interviews;

• Develop and document audit programs and procedures;

• Perform control tests, analytical procedures, and substantive audit tests;

• Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal control systems, identifying any weaknesses and opportunities for improvement;

• Prepare clear and structured audit reports, identifying risks, non-conformities, and recommendations for improvement;

• Collaborate with the heads of different areas in defining corrective measures and respective implementation deadlines;

• Monitor the implementation of recommendations resulting from the audits performed;

• Report audit progress and any critical situations to the Internal Audit Directorate;

• Promote a culture of internal control, risk management, and continuous improvement within the organization.
