The Marketing & Sales Development Department is responsible for the presentation and promotion of the DHL Express brand and its services in the market, process optimization, training and development of the sales force, and also for supporting commercial customer follow-up.

The Telesales channel is responsible for selling and developing telephone sales to current customers as well as to new customers, achieving and exceeding proposed objectives, contributing to the consolidation of DHL as a leader in the International Express Transport market.

• Manage and develop the TeleSales Customer portfolio assigned to you, without prejudice to other related activities;
• Achievement of sales objectives for the specific portfolio and for the area in general;
• Prepare and negotiate contracts, in accordance with current sales procedures and the assigned DHL service portfolio;
• Maximize the use of DHL services for customers in the portfolio, aiming to cover all of the Customer's business areas (DHL cross selling/Upselling);
• Anticipate and detect commercial potential in TeleSales Customers, passing references of high-potential Customers to the Field Sales portfolios, for better follow-up of those Customers;
• Identify new business opportunities and report information on Market evolution, identifying opportunities and threats for DHL.
