As a Customer Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for customers and will contribute to offering them personalized, high-quality support.

• Respond to customer inquiries by telephone regarding the use of their card and their application.

• Identify their needs, understand their expectations, and provide them with suitable solutions.

• Support customers with professionalism in order to guarantee a positive experience and strengthen their satisfaction.

• Develop a relationship of trust and contribute to customer loyalty.

• Ensure the follow-up of files in compliance with internal procedures and security rules.

• Demonstrate rigor, discretion, and integrity in all your interactions.

You are the ideal person if you have:

• An excellent level of French, both spoken and written.
