The role

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the promotion activities of Bluepharma's CDMO services to potential national and international clients and partners;
  • Contribute to the mapping, identification, segmentation, and prioritization of target companies and commercial leads in the pharmaceutical sector, considering geography, therapeutic area, pipeline, technology, development phase, business model, and strategic potential;
  • Collaborate in the active prospecting of potential clients and partners, through the analysis of databases, corporate websites, event platforms, industry publications, market news, and other relevant sources;
  • Support the preparation of initial commercial approaches, including contact messages, introductory emails, promotional materials, one-pagers, and personalized briefings by company or segment;
  • Contribute to the qualification of leads, collecting and organizing information on potential needs, strategic fit, areas of interest, decision-making capacity, and commercial opportunity;
  • Support the updating and maintenance of commercial databases, CRM, prospecting lists, and relevant contact information;
  • Support market and competitor analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, competitive positioning, and companies with potential interest in outsourcing development or manufacturing activities;
  • Contribute to the preparation of commercial meetings with potential clients, including prior company research, identification of opportunities, and preparation of briefing notes;
  • Support the follow-up of contacts generated at fairs, congresses, partnering events, and networking initiatives, as well as the monitoring of the commercial funnel, ongoing opportunities, and next steps defined by the Business Development team.

Requirements

  • Student of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Marketing, or International Relations;
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written);
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, with a special focus on Excel, Outlook, and Power BI;
  • Positive Attitude and Proactivity;
